Modules Directory

StructZero coordinates plug-and-play workflows under one unified project. A user might ask it to build a web app, create an Android companion, assess security, and monitor the result; StructZero coordinates the selected modules, artifacts, and approvals from end to end.

MODULE #01

Engineering Module

Live

The base software engineering module. Takes an objective through planning, multi-model architecture debate and critique, implementation, verification, repair, artifacts, contextual preview, and supported approval/deployment steps. Coordinates specialist AI roles.

Available now

  • ✓ Multi-model architecture debate & critique (Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Nova) with persisted turns and cost tracking.
  • ✓ Specialist AI roles (Architect, Coder, Verifier, Data Engineer) operating under constrained responsibilities.
  • ✓ Contract-enforced HTML/component synthesis with cryptographic SHA-256 digest validation.
  • ✓ Candidate-bound exact version approval requiring cryptographic human sign-off before modification or deploy.

Next in pipeline

  • → Autonomous AST-driven repair loops across arbitrary full-stack repositories.
  • → General external web research and crawling (current research fixture is test-scoped).
MODULE #02

Android Pipeline Module

Live

Builds Android apps, coordinates source generation and backend integration, runs the supported build/test/repair workflow, and returns the artifacts that the current implementation actually produces. This is separate from the StructZero Remote control app.

Available now

  • ✓ Expo / React Native TypeScript project scaffolding with screens, navigation, and backend integration.
  • ✓ GitHub Actions CI/CD remote build dispatch with libsodium sealed-box secret encryption.
  • ✓ Two-step operator approval gate (propose & apply) preventing unapproved commits to main.
  • ✓ Build status polling and historical artifact viewer producing tested debug APK outputs.

Next in pipeline

  • → Local Gradle container sandboxing inside Docker (current builds run in remote cloud runners).
  • → Native Kotlin / Jetpack Compose code generation and Google Play Store signing/release pipelines.
MODULE #03

Autonomous Software Build Module

Live

Coordinates longer software-building objectives using the worker and isolated-execution capabilities currently implemented. Shows progress, blockers, artifacts, and approval points in the central project.

Available now

  • ✓ Isolated per-build Docker worker mounted read-only with ephemeral tmpfs (64MB limit, 1 CPU, 1GB RAM, non-root UID 1000, 0 capabilities, no docker socket access).
  • ✓ Durable lifecycle management with execution outbox, stage checkpoints, and pause/resume/cancel controls.
  • ✓ Progress tracking and blocker detection emitted directly to engineering events and audit streams.
  • ✓ Idempotent replay and stale-state detection preventing duplicate executions and race conditions.

Next in pipeline

  • → Unattended 24×7 background scheduling and continuous cron triggers (currently run via direct operator sessions).
  • → Zero-touch autonomous production self-healing without manual operator confirmation.
MODULE #04

Dedicated Security Module

Live

Runs the currently implemented standalone security workflow, produces findings and evidence, and routes proposed fixes through verification. Distinct from the security checks embedded in the Engineering module.

Available now

  • ✓ Standalone security analysis panel evaluating SAST vulnerabilities, severity badges, and remediation diffs.
  • ✓ Static architecture security auditor scanning blueprints for missing rate limiting, CORS, and security headers.
  • ✓ Payload secret-leak detection and automatic sanitization before model dispatch.
  • ✓ Cryptographic artifact integrity checks, strict directory traversal defenses, and CSP sandbox confinement.

Next in pipeline

  • → Dedicated Kali-based security virtual machine and external DAST scanning environment.
  • → Automated fix-routing into pull request branches with continuous regression verification.
MODULE #05

Operations & Reliability Module

Live

Provides the monitoring, telemetry, alerting, investigation, and reliability functions that currently work. Accurately distinguishes monitoring StructZero runs from monitoring deployed customer applications.

Available now

  • ✓ Run-level observability tracking execution duration, model latencies, token consumption, and call counts.
  • ✓ Provider and cost provenance tracking: honest "unavailable" states instead of fabricated billing numbers.
  • ✓ Persistent engineering event ledger recording errors, stalls, build logs, and approvals.
  • ✓ Candidate deployment ledger maintaining immutable records of deployment targets, status history, and replay proofs.

Next in pipeline

  • → Customer deployed application APM, synthetic health monitoring, and external runtime log aggregation.
  • → Automated PagerDuty, webhook alerting, and error budget policy management.
MODULE #06

Research Module

Planned

A customer-selectable, standalone workflow for market, competitor, technical, API, or other research with sourced reports. Future continuous research may run in an isolated worker and provide updates. Existing codebase/API context gathering is a shared platform capability; it does not make this broader module Live.

Planned capabilities

Roadmap
  • -- Customer-selectable standalone workflow generating structured, sourced technical and market reports.
  • -- Deep competitive intelligence and third-party API capability analysis.
  • -- Future continuous background research worker providing automated domain updates.
  • -- Evidence-linked reference citations with persistent research artifact storage.
MODULE #07

Project Management Module

Planned

Coordinates objectives, milestones, dependencies between modules, workers, budgets, approvals, blockers, and deliverables across a project.

Planned capabilities

Roadmap
  • -- Cross-module milestone tracking and dependency graph formulation.
  • -- Worker allocation, run sequencing, and multi-run delivery coordination.
  • -- Budget allocation per milestone with automated pause thresholds.
  • -- Blocker identification and critical-path deliverable tracking across team roles.
MODULE #08

Advertising & Social Media Marketing Module

Planned

One combined module. With customer authorization, connects ad and social platforms, researches audiences, prepares campaigns and content, coordinates approved publishing, monitors spend and performance, and promotes products built through other modules.

Planned capabilities

Roadmap
  • -- Authorized integration with ad and social platform APIs (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, X).
  • -- Audience research, positioning synthesis, and campaign messaging preparation.
  • -- Strict human authorization gates before any campaign publishing or financial spend.
  • -- Live ad spend tracking, conversion telemetry, and promotional alignment with built software releases.
MODULE #09

Medical Analysis Module

Planned

Lets users upload relevant case details and supported medical material such as scans, X-rays, MRI/CT studies, pathology material, reports, images, or audio. Routes inputs to suitable specialist medical models, optionally uses paid medical models and frontier models, compares findings, and produces an evidence-linked draft assessment for qualified clinical review. The model layer is provider-neutral (e.g. MedGemma, MedSigLIP, MedASR, Path Foundation, HeAR, TxGemma are non-exclusive examples). Output is not a confirmed diagnosis and does not imply clinical approval.

Planned capabilities

Roadmap
  • -- Multimodal ingestion for medical scans, X-rays, MRI/CT studies, pathology slides, and clinical notes.
  • -- Provider-neutral routing to specialist medical models and frontier LLMs with multi-model comparison.
  • -- Evidence-linked draft assessments structured exclusively for qualified clinical review.
  • -- Strict HIPAA compliance boundaries and explicit disclaimer: unvalidated draft assessments are not confirmed diagnoses.
MODULE #10

Business & ROI Analysis Module

Planned

Analyses engineering history and product telemetry to identify cost, technical debt, defects, and potential feature value; proposes improvements for human review.

Planned capabilities

Roadmap
  • -- Engineering history analysis evaluating model token expenditure vs business feature value.
  • -- Technical debt identification based on historical defect density and churn.
  • -- Infrastructure total cost of ownership (TCO) forecasting across cloud targets.
  • -- Improvement and refactoring recommendations proposed with evidence for human review.
