Official SpecTerms and conditions governing the use of StructZero platform, web interface, and MCP server integrations.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the StructZero platform, connecting via Model Context Protocol (MCP), or utilizing our web interfaces, you ("Customer" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Description of Platform & Services
StructZero is an AI Software Engineering Platform that coordinates autonomous multi-agent councils, Project DNA codebase indexing, multi-model debate, automated certification release gates, and cloud deployment connectors (AWS, Vercel, GCP, Azure).
3. Human Authorization Guardrails & User Responsibility
The Customer retains ultimate responsibility for reviewing and approving operations. StructZero is not liable for cloud charges incurred from user-approved executions.
4. Proprietary Rights & Customer Code Ownership
Customer retains all right, title, and interest in and to all source code, software architecture designs, data models, and artifacts generated or modified by StructZero during your utilization of the platform.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Availability
StructZero provides platform availability targets of 99.9% uptime for cloud control plane APIs. Hosting deployments deployed by StructZero inherit the underlying SLAs of the targeted cloud provider (Vercel, AWS, GCP, Azure).
6. Limitation of Liability & Warranties
Platform services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. StructZero's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by Customer to StructZero in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
